This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I teach 500 hard working, amazing students in a low income, small East Texas town. They love to have fun and learn by playing games in PE. We love to focus on sports and movement skills while making learning fun and engaging for our students.

I strive to make my classroom a fun and exciting, but also an engaging learning environment for all of my students.

I love to inspire kids to learn to love fitness and to live a healthy lifestyle.

My Project

Sometimes things happen and students aren’t able to participate in gym class. These activities will help my students to have things to work on while they are unable to participate in the gym activities. These supplies will help me to come up with things for them to do while sitting out in PE. Also, my office needs a few things to better help me prepare to meet student needs. We need some printer ink for the office printer to print resources for the gym such as signs, activity plans and station signs. We will also use the bean bags for students who are not participating in PE for the day. These resources will help me greatly.
