My Students

"Mrs. Stanford, he is being mean!" What a wonderful world it would be to not hear this phrase in a Kindergarten class. With these materials my students will learn how to work together effectively so that they can fight against bullying!

My Kindergarten class is full of 19 lively learners that enjoy every minute of their learning!

They attend a urban charter school that is in its first year and we are in need of new supplies. I believe it is my job to enrich their environment as much as possible and with your help I can do just that!

My Project

In this project I am requesting many books that will teach my students about bullying and how to deal with situations effectively. These books are paired with cd's that will be used in our listening workstation throughout the day. I am also requesting workstation materials like a pencil sharpener, phonetic games, and a storage case for their literacy kits.

With your help and these materials my students will be able to begin their journeys of making this world a better place.
