Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Most of my students have autism and are motivated by animals, figurines, and games to improve their attention towards increasing their fine motor skills. I have a range of students from lower skill levels who can use the peg toys and higher level ones that LOVE to build. Requested items include materials that make their grasp and hands strong to improve such areas as handwriting development, connecting fasteners on clothing, and cutting. Items, such as puzzles, drills, and pegs can also be used to improve visual perceptual skills.

Help me provide them with fun ways to keep them engaged to improve their life skills.
