My Students

Our second-graders love to engage and challenge each other. They come to school excited to see each other, ready to share and explore learning.

Our kids focus on building relationships and partnering with peers to see learning from different perspectives.

We work hard to understand our different experiences and background which gives us all an opportunity to learn from each other. We love to communicate with each other and ask questions. The best part is when we notice the learning and celebrate together.

My Project

We are looking to add some flair to our writing and have fun writing choices. We are also excited to sharpen our pencils in the classroom without relying on an electric sharpener. This will give the independence we like when creating our own stories.

We love working on our own and feeling that we have choice in our class.

By providing these typical items for our class, we will be able to experience the freedom of choice to make our learning happen with our own style.

There are a couple more nuts and bolts that will help our classroom run more smoothly like labels for our supply baskets, and two fun math games for us to learn while we play.
