Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a Special Education teacher, I believe that a nurturing environment is key to fostering both mental health and creative thinking. I am seeking support for items that will help my students feel comfortable, inspired, and ready to learn.

With a printer, I can quickly print resources and projects, reducing stress and supporting learning.

The label maker will allow me to organize the classroom efficiently, creating a structured environment. Having a wireless keyboard for the Promethean board will enhance interactive lessons and promote active participation. Board games help develop social skills, strategic thinking, and teamwork in a fun way. Anxiety and calming stickers help students manage anxiety with tangible reminders to stay calm. Motivational bookmarks inspire reading and provide positive affirmations. Floor lamps create a warm, inviting atmosphere with soft lighting and light covers diffuse bright lights, reducing eye strain and creating a calming environment.
