My Project

In our pre-K classroom, our students are at a crucial stage of their educational journey, where the foundations of learning are built. Our mission is to provide them with the best tools and experiences to ignite their love for learning, particularly in mathematics.

Our special students are diverse, each bringing their unique backgrounds, experiences, and boundless curiosity to our classroom.

Their enthusiasm for learning is a constant source of inspiration for us as educators.

To nurture this enthusiasm and lay a solid foundation for their future education, we are hopeful to introduce Numberlink manipulatives into their homes. These colorful, interactive blocks are designed to make math engaging and accessible, helping our students grasp fundamental concepts such as number recognition, addition, subtraction, and pattern recognition. By having a set at home and in school, students will be able to connect what they learned at school into their homes.

Numberlinks offer our students a hands-on approach to mathematics, allowing them to explore, experiment, and create with numbers. By using these manipulatives, our students will enhance their number sense through interactive activities and develop strong number recognition and counting abilities. Numberlinks encourage critical thinking and problem-solving as our students explore mathematical patterns and relationships.

These numberlinks will have a special connection with them as they will receive a special set of Numberblocks associated with the popular educational program, Numberblocks.

By providing these tools for home use, we hope to involve parents in their child's education, fostering a strong partnership between home and school.

Your support for this project will have a profound impact on our pre-K learners. It will empower them to become confident, capable, and enthusiastic mathematicians. Together, we can make math education an exciting adventure for our students, both in the classroom and at home.
