Can you remember your kindergarten classroom? You probably remember bright colors, a warm inviting environment, and tons of fun learning! I know I do! Every morning we start off the day on the carpet, but we have no manipulatives to match our learning objectives!
My 25 kindergarteners are a warm, bubbly group that enjoys learning.
My students attend an intercity primary school, grades kinder through 8. Due to many factors, we like many others don't have the funds to purchase all that we truly need for our classroom.
My Project
Although there are many things that we need in our room, I think that far beyond the rest my students are in need of a white board cart to use at the carpet. What is kindergarten without calendar, story time, and just plain old fun times on the carpet? This cart is large enough for all 25 students to see and use interactively to will us with our calendar standards!
Without your donation my students will not be able to interact as effectively on the carpet as many other kinder can.
I don't know about you, but that's not the memory I want these children to have about their schooling!!
