Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The specifically requested items will improve focus in my students as snacks can help maintain energy levels, reducing mid-afternoon slumps that can hinder concentration. This can help increase student engagement and participation in classroom discussions as a result of feeling nourished and energized. This can increase social connections between my students by encouraging collaboration, bonding, and working together.
The goal of this project would be to support a positive classroom environment where students feel cared for and motivated.
Additionally, the increase of academic performance as I aim to enhance overall student performance and engagement in their learning.
My students come from a variety of cultural and socio-economical backgrounds, bringing unique perspectives to my classroom. They have a natural curiosity and a desire to learn, often coming up with innovative ideas and solutions. My students are resilient and have a determination to succeed.
