This year, I am teaching the most exuberant and entertaining bunch that I have ever come across. My kids have such a joy for learning and life itself. Every day is a new adventure with these kids. Our school is a Title I school in Indiana.
Our classroom is primarily made up of twenty-five students, and many of them come from bilingual households and qualify for free or reduced-price lunch.
These elementary students do not let their outside struggles define or taint their future. They work hard and are super excited to learn and grow.
My Project
These notebooks are a classroom essential in our second-grade classroom. We love to use the three subject notebooks to divide up our reading and math blocks into sections. Instead of having 6 notebooks, my students will use the three subject notebooks to organize their word work, reading response answers, and group work during the reading block. During math, the notebook will be sorted into daily math review, math response, and group work as well. This is just an essential that gets us through the day. Help us organize our day with these three subject notebooks.
More than half of students from low‑income households
