This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
The clipboards in my project will be utilized for flexible learning; students will be able to move around the classroom to complete engaging activities. The notebooks will be utilized daily for science lessons for students to journal their findings. Pencils are important supplies for kindergarten students as they play a fundamental role in laying the groundwork for literacy and numeracy skills while fostering a love for learning through artistic expression and exploration. The crayons play a crucial role in any classroom by promoting creativity, sensory exploration and social-emotional development. The folders will be sent home weekly with students; they encourage parental involvement in their child's education by keeping parents informed about classroom activities, upcoming events, and academic progress.
It is hard to have impactful learning when we have to ration our supplies for an entire year.
In conclusion, each of these items will play a significant role within my classroom, enhancing student learning and fostering active engagement.
