This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With this set of owl pellets, students will have the opportunity to explore, learn and practice their communication skills as a group. My students learn best when they are engaged in labs that peak their curiosity.

My students are visual learners and would benefit from a not so basic biology lab experience.

As a special education teacher, I strive to build a classroom that meets the needs of all students. These 30 pellets will provide more than just a diagram in a textbook to help students grasp larger concepts in biology.

As students work together on their pellets they will have opportunities for leadership, group discussions and stay curious about the world around them.
