Help me give my students board games that allow them to gain both mathematical and social skills.

My Project
I would like to give my students math based board games. I have "The Allowance Game" from Lakeshore Learning that is similar to Monopoly but the students practice adding and subtracting small amounts of money. During any free time, students beg to play the game.
They don't realize it, but students are practicing both their math and social skills during the game.
Students have to take turns, follow directions and play nicely. I would like to curate more math based board games so I can have more than 5 students playing at any time. Some of the games are based on fractions. I have found that fractions are typically the most challenging topic or my students. I am hoping that having more fraction based game play will improve their understanding. I am also asking for a shelf to keep all of the games on. I don't have a ton of storage in my classroom since each science class has 2+ textbooks and each math class has 6+ textbooks.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
