Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My Spanish-speaking and English-learning 4th graders absolutely love reading, and these supplies will make them even more eager to discover and explore new books!

During center time, the books will be passed around the tables, allowing each student to pick one that excites them.

After reading, they’ll write about their favorite part, reflecting on what they enjoyed most.

Once they finish writing, they’ll have the exciting opportunity to share their work aloud using our classroom microphone. This fun process will boost their confidence while helping them develop strong reading, writing, and speaking skills. They’ll have a blast learning together!
