My Project

My students are excited to learn through nonfiction books, but the options in my current library are limited. Rather than guess what would interest them, I asked for a wish list. They were not shy as they fired off topics so fast that my pen could barely keep up.

I don't know what it is about nonfiction books, but my kids gobble them up.

Do they know that they're building background knowledge on various topics, leading them to become better readers overall? Well, no. But will they love me (and you) for getting them these awesome books? Most definitely.

Please help me build on the momentum we've created this year and keep my students excited to bookshop and read at home every day!
