My Students

A small Pre-K/3K center in New York City who is trying to strengthen and develop our academic skills while also trying to Go Green and use less paper and move more of our learning to a digital platform. While we have a Promethean Board in our classroom, many of our students can not reach our board. Due to our classroom set up, we can not lower to students’ reach. This stool would help my students access more learning activities.

My Project

This stool will greatly help my Pre-K students as we try to Go Green and bring more technology into our classroom. Our Promethean Board is too high for my Pre-K students to properly use our board. Due to room constraints, we are unable to lower our Promethean Board. This stool will help my Pre-Kchildren access more technology, and take more of an active role in classroom lessons. If my Pre-K students are able to properly reach the Promethean Board, they will be able to actively participate in Shared Writing and other activities, while also reducing their carbon footprint.
