Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My scholars are from middle-class homes that have 2 working parents. They work extremely hard and push each other to be successful. Our school consists of a diverse group of scholars.

My students are self-driven and very motivated to achieve success.

I want to teach them that with technology we can learn at another level. I want them to experience a world outside of our classroom. Learning through different technology apps can help my visual and audio learners. Technology is can help me guide their learning.

My Project

Teaching virtually has been a challenge not only students but for teachers. Sitting all day is not good. I would love your help in purchasing a desk riser so that I can be more attentive when teaching my students.

Staying healthy, energized, and keeping my mind active will ensure my students remain engaged in their learning.

A desk riser has many benefits and those benefits will profit not only me but my students, as well.

Keeping them engaged in a virtual lesson is not easy but by standing I will be more active and therefore keep them focused, engaged, and learning.
