This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
This year when students return to school, they will be unable to use their phones in a pinch to get work done when their computers are being repaired, dead, or not working for any other number of reasons. These six Chromebooks will be split between two teachers so their students can stay connected, even if the district devices aren't working.
Your donation will positively impact Creative Writers, AP English Literature, AP English Language, and Senior Seminar and Senior English students.
Mrs. Bortz and Mrs. Thornton are working hard to provide engaging, challenging, and creative assignments for students, but it can be difficult to rely on old technology.
With these six additional Chromebooks, we'll be able to offer the same assignment to every student in class, regardless of their access. Thank you so much for considering your donation!
