Our school is in a low-income neighborhood. My students, who are a diverse mix of cultures, attend a school that strives to give them an excellent education. Many of them are first-generation Americans and are excited to be in school.
Students and teachers deserve to be in a germ-free, clean teaching environment and my kiddos need to have snacks to keep their minds going!
We are constantly wiping down our desks, at least 3x a day! That is a lot of cleaning supplies being used in my classroom daily but it is a must! Times all those supplies by 30 3 times a day!
We understand that supplies can be a financial burden so we don't ask parents for cleaning supplies, but these wipes and Lysol spray bottles are necessary to keep Covid (yes... it's still around!) and other germs at a minimum! In addition, snacks and food is a struggle for most of my families.
Supplies such as Clorox wipes, Lysol spray, tissues, paper towels and swiffer pads and cleaner would enable us to have a clean, germ-free and fresh smelling learning environment.
In addition, a variety of kids' snacks would ensure to keep the learning going!
These supplies would greatly help our students and their education!
