My Project

The goal of this project is to equip the classroom with a Canon camera set that will be used to enhance students' public speaking skills and facilitate the creation of virtual school newsletters. This camera set will provide students with a hands-on opportunity to practice and improve their presentation skills while producing high-quality videos for school announcements, reports, and other communication efforts. The camera set will allow students to record their speeches, presentations, and performances. This will help build their confidence, refine their speaking abilities, and provide a chance to self-assess their delivery, tone, and body language. The camera set will be used to film segments for virtual school newsletters, where students can contribute to creating content such as interviews, announcements, and event coverage. This fosters teamwork, creativity, and digital media literacy. In addition to public speaking, students will learn to use professional-grade equipment, develop video production skills, and practice editing. These skills will serve them well in academic and real-world applications. A Canon camera set with necessary accessories (tripods, microphones, lighting, etc.) will be purchased and set up in a dedicated space in the classroom.
