Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My students have become avid readers over the years and Independent Reading time has become a favorite in our middle school! Some new titles would keep the excitement going! So I am requesting a mini library refresh.

Every time my students meet characters that they connect with, joy is sparked.

This refresh will give my students something to look forward to, a different story and world to return to each day!

We also asked for some basic supplies like pencils, pens, notebooks, and folders to keep organized during all of the parts of the Literacy block.
