My Students

My students do the most amazing things with the least amazing instruments. The instruments are old, some are broken, some even barely work. Yet, my kids perform level 3-4 music and attend festivals and parades. Even beyond that, they aid the local elementary schools with private tutoring and middle school prep. This band program truly is a family and these students make it what it is. They are truly amazing and deserve the help that you would be able to provide.

My Project

I am back again with NEW YEAR; NO SUPPLIES PART 2! The first version of this was funded within a single week and so I thought I would try and continue my momentum this year and try for some more supplies. The supplies include a new saxophone for my ever growing numbers in the band program as well as some more cleaning supplies. This one unlike the last one will help supplement some of my advanced players by giving them thicker reeds, which will help them play more in tune, prepare them for high school, and achieve a better overall sound.
