Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As I go into my second year as a teacher, it is a goal of mine to provide whatever I can for these students to be successful in all they do! Many of these students can not provide their own supplies and rather than just supplying for my homeroom I would like to be given the chance through these donations to help give all my 7th grade students equal supplies!
These supplies will not only help improve their work but will also allow them to be worry free about having all material necessary to perform well.
Supplies such as markers, highlighters, scissors, folders, crayons, etc. will all provide my students constant supplies throughout the year. In science it is important that students understand and can replicate diagrams. These supplies will keep students working hands on throughout the year with projects while simultaneously allowing them to understand those diagrams.
