This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
I am seeking assistance in purchasing items for my kindergarten classroom to create an enriching and welcoming environment for my students. The supplies that are donated will not only benefit me, but also the students I serve. As a Title I school in Coral Springs, we serve a high percentage of students from low-income families who face many challenges. Many of my families are unable to provide the necessary supplies needed in the classroom and donations throughout the year.
Please consider donating the items listed on my project so my students can fill their desks with pencils, crayons, glue sticks, markers, and headphones for computer use.
My students will use the items on my list every day! Manipulatives, pencils, headphones, glue, activities for literacy centers, and books for the library are all essential items needed for academic success!
