This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hi everybody! This is a new teacher not only in Houston, but in the country. I always want the best for my students, that means the best games and stuff, but as you can imagine, as I have just arrived I barely have materials for them to learn and to organize our classroom, that is why I need your help. I work in a lovely school with low income families, so the school is the only place where we can give them the best opportunities to enjoy and learn. As you can see I ask for different materials in order to learn in different subjects: They can learn math through this manipulative games; develop their social skills by using them in the drama centers and outside, and develop their creativity in arts and crafts. These games will be placed in different centers, where the can be an active part in their education.
