Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a new teacher, and someone who was recently a student themselves, I believe I am able to understand my students' needs on a different level. Working in middle school and teaching three different grade levels, I am able to survey around and find what exactly our students need the most.

Snacks and personal hygiene items are some of the biggest wants amongst our students.

No child should feel hungry throughout the day, nor should feel ashamed for hygiene reasons.

A few basic but much needed classroom supplies for a math class include paper, pencils, and headphones for their online assignments. Thank you so much for reading and donating to benefit our children!
