This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am a first year teacher who just started mid-year, and as I am becoming more comfortable, I am finding the need for more basic items in the classroom to help keep students engaged and learning. These items would help to make our centers more differentiated and offer a better learning experience. These students had a rough first semester with different teachers, so we are trying to finish the year strong.
The register and dishes will be used in the kitchen to enhance SEL skills.
The other center activities will also not only assist in growing fine motor skills, but also incorporate reading/letters as well. Please help me give this amazing group of students the tools to enhance and grow their minds! Thank you!
