Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My PreK students are an amazing group of little people, who are always excited to jump from one learning experience to another.

I want them to always have the joy of learning may it be in-person or remote.

I want them to be eager to learn and explore their potential. I want to see my students' eyes light up when they "get it". I just want to provide them with every possible incentive to keep that spark going.

My Project

Having these new supplies for our classroom will make a difference in my little ones engagement. The easel will make it so much easier to do my virtual lessons. I can create appealing graphics and work with magnetic letters and numbers when I am doing a literacy or math lesson.

What better way to excite 4 year olds then with materials that not only compliment the lessons they are learning, but make them eager to try and take charge of their own independent learning.

Most of the materials will also be used during virtual lessons when we need to go remote. The garage set will compliment my transportation unit and can be used as models for the children to create their own at home. These will later be integrated into our Block Center.

The materials will become a part of our hybrid learning when we need to capture the student's focus so they can become enthusiastic participants in their learning.
