Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The capable and intelligent students in my classroom will benefit from not having to continue to repurchase items for their everyday use. However, they often don't have everything they need to be successful in the classroom. I am always happy to help by buying whatever they need. All of the items on this list are things we use every day in Sixth Grade.

The students use pencils and erasers for all written work, they will also need folders and notebooks to be successful.

They use colored pencils, crayons, and markers to add color to their illustrations. They use scissors and glue sticks for their vocabulary journals. In order to be successful, they will need all these basic supplies so they will not need to buy them. If I can provide the basics: tissues, wipes, notebooks, folders and more, the students will not have to stress over buying these supplies.
