My Project

The children in my Autism Spectrum Disorder Class need access to materials that help them work out their sensory needs. They will use these rainbow stones, magnetic blocks, and other materials when they need a break from their learning so that they may return to learning in an effective, quick manner.

These children deserve the same educational experience as all children.

The materials listed below will help them not only recenter themselves but explore STEM experiences, Art experiences, and typical play experiences during directed center time.

The children are at all different levels and these materials can be adjusted to meet the needs of all the students.
