Help us put our new room together! My students are from low income households and so we provide almost everything they need to thrive and learn (well almost). That's where we need your help. We're getting a brand new building which means we have some room to upgrade and grow. Part of that is adding magnetic boards to classrooms. To help keep our room clean, organized, and as stress free as we can, storage and magnets are a must! Our donors would also help us with some essential classroom supplies for our new room. The anchor charts are an awesome way to teach and reinforce important concepts as well. Happy room, happy learning, happy teaching! This project will benefit two grades, at least three classrooms, and many, many, high need students. We thank you in advance!
My Project
Anchor charts reinforce important concepts. Storage bins and things keep everything in order and organized. When the room looks well put together - no more piles of papers everywhere, boxes piled high, unruly bookshelves- it alleviates a lot of stress on both teacher and students. Our new room is innovative with many new functions we haven't had before- like magnetic boards! So I've asked for some magnetic teaching supplies to get the most out of our new room features. I've also asked for school supplies because our kids come from low income homes where they can't always bring in their own crayons, markers, pencils, etc... The charts would benefit all the grades I work with and correlate with all of our reading standards in some way. Everything on our wish list will be used with much love and gratefulness.
