This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students want to learn and want to engage with the subject matter and lessons being presented. However, if teachers are not presenting curriculum and assignments that are relevant to the students, the students will disengage, quickly.

I would like to be able to give my students new and engaging curriculum without completely reinventing the wheel.

Having a Teachers Pay Teachers gift card will allow me to purcahse new curriculum that I can use with my students while teaching the new class sets of novels that my classroom was able to obtain thanks to DonorsChoose!
