My Project

Hello! I just finished my 9th year teaching 1st Grade at MPTS. My favorite part of my job year after year is the relationship I build with all of my students. It is so important to me to be able to model for my child, the difference I can make in education in our community here and how important it is to love what you do.

Next school year I am “looping” up to 2nd grade with my current class!

I am so excited to work with the students again and would love to spruce up our ancient classroom. The students will love being able to use a new and exciting space. The amazing new carpet will help create more reading space for them. The bookcase can help organize our classroom library. The kids will absolutely love the flexible seating options to be able to stand or sit while working on the adjustable desk and use the great new stools. They will love the new pencil dispenser. We will be able to help keep our classroom neat and organized with the set of drawers. One thing we love to do is display star student work- the frames will make it so much easier to switch work out weekly and showcase more students more often. Best of all we will stay healthy and clean using the mop and carpet cleaner!
