Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The items in this project will help them get a head start on the next school year, as I will get the opportunity to teach many of them again, since I teach 4th and 5th grade science. Many of my students cannot afford a lot of the things on their yearly school supply list. I try my best to keep stock of basic supplies in my classroom throughout the year. Donor Choose allows me to go above and beyond for my students, in ways that I cannot personally afford to.

My hardworking students deserve the best resources possible!

The colored paper makes their science journals colorful. The headphones will provide students the opportunity to focus on their learning when on the computer. The privacy folders will give them a secure space when taking their many assessments throughout the year. Every donation gives my students one step closer to success!
