My Project

My students come from diverse backgrounds with much hardship. Many of my students need to feel welcome in a classroom where they can feel themselves in. I hope that the students will feel empowered to share about their cultures and different experiences they have had. I believe that sharing about our differences and helping others to be aware is the key to creating unity. I want my ESL students to feel important and I am asking for supplies that will help decorate a new classroom to make it ESL friendly.

I hope that my students will feel excited about learning English and learning a new culture, while valuing where they have come from and their unique backgrounds.

I am asking for new bulletin board paper, diverse cardboard cutouts , and diversity language decorations.

Thank you for making my dreams to help ESL students a reality! All these new supplies will make our classroom and the students feel that they are in their own community. The supplies I am asking for are for all ESL students at the school that I support, so that they can be successful! Thanks for taking the time to read our project.
