This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I'm ordering new children's books for my classroom that will provide fresh perspectives and introduce my third graders to characters and experiences that reflect their own lives and the world around them. By expanding our collection, I aim to support students' literacy development and encourage critical thinking skills.

Access to a wide variety of books will allow my students to explore different genres and cultures, helping them grow as readers and individuals.

Many of these books address important themes like empathy, kindness, and resilience, which are crucial for my students' social and emotional development. Your support will make a significant impact on their educational journey.
