Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our classroom library is very poor and old. Books are old and have been read already by all my students for generations. The kids deserve an updated, varied, and interesting library to improve their reading skills and keep on learning about things.

In this project, we have fiction and non-fiction books.

I provide time during the week to read in class. As well, kids are allowed to take their favorite books home. They like reading but the fact is that they are getting tired of the experience of reading because they know already all the books or they are too old to get their attention.
