Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a new 2nd grade teacher at a Title 1 charter school focused on conscious discipline, I'm dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for my students. Your support through this wishlist will help me provide essential resources for my students. Together, we can empower my students to thrive academically and emotionally.

My students need a calming corner so they can regulate their feelings.

By having one, they can do an activity, read a book and practice some breathing exercises before returning back to their seats. Posters will also help them calm down and learn about emotions.

We are also needing classroom essentials for my students. From table spots to practice phonics to white boards during math so my students can model strategies. Also some games, so when it is snowing outside they can have fun having indoor recess! These resources will help my students grow. Thank you for your generosity!
