My Students

How would you feel if you spent weeks working on a play and could not even record this special moment in your life? Well, having a digital camera will enable my students to record and watch plays and performances they have worked on for weeks.

My students are inquisitive individuals who attend a 99% low-income school.

I teach a self-contained, 4th/5th grade split class in a high-need community. My school is striving to assist students in obtaining at least one year of growth within a school year.

My Project

We are asking for miscellaneous items such as a camera, a printer, markers, glue sticks, classroom posters, and graphic organizers. All of the requests made will assist our class in having materials needed to learn more effectively and will allow my students to achieving higher goals in our classroom. For instance, students will be able to record and possibly reproduce performances that they have put on. This will teach us how to edit and revise performances as needed.

Each item is desperately needed in our classroom.
