My Project
Many of the specific items requested will make a great impact on my students learning. I have requested a Apple iPad so that my low learners who struggle with writing and producing words can have access to a device that will record their thoughts and wants for writing. I have about 20% of students in my class who have learning disabilities or struggle immensely with their learning. As well as the Circuit Joy that I can use to improve vocabulary within my classroom community, labeling and exposing students to vocabulary will help push their learning forward. My Goal for this project is to have the necessary equipment and technology to support my students learning with where they are currently functioning. My students are so special because they come from a struggling and low income area where a lot of basic necessities are missing for them but yet the continue to strive towards greatness. My first grade classroom has a lot of different learning types and challenges with only one of me that they rely on to help them learn. Any contributions would be immensely grateful for as this will help my students strive in their learning.
