The materials I requested are to help maintain a calm and productive ASD classroom setting. Sometimes the students become easily agitated with daily challenges. Unfortunately, the school does not have a sensory room where they can go to manage their feelings. They need a calm space and tools inside the classroom that will help them contain their feelings and start over.
I have such a wonderful group of students who love school; I want to provide them with the type of environment that will help them be successful.
The students will benefit tremendously from the materials requested. These calming tools will make a huge, productive difference in their day.
