My Students

My inner-city students come from different backgrounds, and English is not always their native language. We are a Priority school where all of our students receive free breakfast and lunch. The children in my class come to school wanting to learn and work hard because school is a safe place for them. It is also one of their most favorite places to be.

My students are eager readers who love to learn and be exposed to interesting topics.

They are dreamers, thinkers, talkers, and questioners. They are an inspiration to me and others around them every single day.

My Project

I am requesting these very necessary supplies for my classroom. Please help us add some basic classroom supplies to our room. They will definitely enhance our learning and engagement! The supplies include earphones, scissors and pencil sharpeners. These items will be left in our classroom and will be used during classroom instruction.

With all of these supplies our classroom will be a more pleasant place and also a hands-on environment.

By having these basic classroom supplies, the students will have all of the necessary materials to take part in fun, hands on and engaging lessons. Basic supplies are important and so necessary for the daily running of my classroom
