This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The use of these coat lockers cubbies will facilitate a simple and toddler friendly system that will assist my three-year-olds with keeping all of their belongings well organized in one place. This storage system provides the convenience and adequate space needed for my 19 PK3 students. This cubby system not only will hold their coat but their backpack, lunchbox and any extra accessories that they may be needing for the day. It's the perfect organizational system that will assist with transitioning my students from their arrival and dismissal time and throughout the day as they search for their needed items. The use of these two cubbies are excellent space savers and effective organizational tool that will keep my little leaders neat-n-tidy.

By donating to our project, you will help toddlers in keeping their items organized that will benefit their social and emotional developmental stages that are critical in their early years; you will ultimately help in fostering a sense of responsibility, improving their problem-solving skills, enhancing their self-regulation, promoting independence and laying the foundation for self-sufficient and future organization abilities needed beyond school in young leaders.

Students will easily be able to locate items they need while contributing to a much calmer and more predictable environment in the classroom by reducing clutter and providing a more structural learning atmosphere.
