Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Can you imagine having paint in your hair or even marker ink all over your fingers. Let's face it, children these days need multiple engagements just like plants need sunlight thats why we are taking our project outdoors. Think about how much fun that was for you when you were a kid. One of the most important things I've learned as a teacher is that students need options in order to be creative especially when it comes to teaching little ones.

My students love colors, and they love having options to express themselves in many ways wither it be through the use of colored paper and markers or even funny scissors to make patterns and projects with googly eyes.

I believe that kids learn through hands on learning experiences and with these supplies that I am requesting I can give my students a jump into their next colorful adventure.

We will be creating a crafty flower pot to show our love for nature & with your help I can make this dream a reality.
