My Project

We are going to create nature themed hallways in our school. Our hope is to spark excitement about nature, science, and the world around them. We are looking forward to the learning conversations that will come from the nature they see coming alive while they walk through the hallways.

We want to create two different nature themes on the first and second floor.

We have two main floors, a Kindergarten through second grade floor and a third to fifth grade floor. The first floor will have decals that are grasses, flowers, vines, butterflies, insects, and songbirds. The second floor will have decals that are mountains, conifers, woodland animals, and birds of prey.

In addition, we are going to have our students create canvas paintings that are of nature and their environment. The canvases will go in our main foyer. They will use the vibrant acrylic paints to create their art masterpieces.

We are excited to give our students this exciting nature themed climate!
