This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In the art room, I try to give my students a well-rounded art experience by exposing them to all art mediums. Photography is a fantastic hands-on learning experience that is highly engaging to students. We plan to continue participating in our annual Picture Your World workshops, but want to display the awesome art created.

We are looking for a high-quality photo printer to exhibit beautiful student photography.

My 5th-grade students participate in two outdoor nature photography workshops every school year. Students learned about camera functions and how to utilize the elements and principles of art to create stunning photographs, while exploring nature.
