My Project

From our location in Philadelphia's Pennypack Park, students will observe the natural world, ask questions for further investigation, and spend time reflecting on their own wellness.

Research shows that access to nature lowers stress levels and improves mental health.

As students continue to cope with the effects of the pandemic, it is more important than ever for students to take time to assess their own wellness. With these journals, my students will have the space and the tools for both scientific inquiry and personal journaling. Thank you for your support!
