My Project

"There is a decade of research to support the impact that Board-certified teachers have on students. Students of Board-certified teachers learn more than their peers without Board-certified teachers. Studies have also found that the positive impact of having a Board-certified teacher is even greater for BiPOC and low-income students."

With this project, I am hoping to become a National Board Certified Teacher.

I am requesting assistance for registration, and the four components that are required for the National Board program. I want to be the best teacher that I can be, and that requires always pushing forward and learning myself. National Board Certification will give me opportunities to evaluate the professional I am, and the professional I want to be.

My students deserve the best teacher they can have. National Board certification will allow me to showcase to my students, the true meaning of a lifetime learner. By being the best I know I can be, I can further my own education, while offering the best education I can give to my students.
