My Project

Our students live in a time where they need to keep looking over their shoulders, worry about their safety and wonder where their next meal is. These and many other factors affect their learning. Their young minds are burdened with what is going on outside of school, in their community, and in their own homes.

Wouldn't it be great for them to have a space where they can meditate, relax, breathe and come together as a class community?

Our students need more than reading and math. They need to learn coping strategies to survive in their world outside of school. Our space will allow classes to come together to solve problems, to relax, and create a community within their school.

Ms. Scherff Robert Morris Elementary School Grades 3-5
