My Students

Our school is an inviting environment where students learn with hands-on activities. In language arts, we do read alouds and tie in math skills with different hands-on lessons. We do many science experiments to promote the development of scientific thinking.

In my kindergarten classroom, we are busy learning in a fun, kinesthetic way.

All of my students come from low-income homes and receive free lunches. I have an increased population of English as a second language (ESL) students. All of my students would benefit from additional classroom supplies to help them learn in fun and engaging ways.

My Project

In kindergarten, students begin a very basic curriculum in all subjects, including science, social studies, and the arts; but the most important academic topics will be literacy (reading and writing) and math, which underlie everything else to come.

An LCD Writing Tablet is an easy to use, reusable writing pad that’s perfect for writing for Kindergarteners.

I am asking for a set of these writing pads to help my students become more organized and helps them with their writing skills. With just a push of a button, your paperless writing pad erases itself and stays as clear as the first day you got it. This will also help eliminate clutter on the student's table, which will make it easier for them to keep hold of.
