This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In my freshman classroom, we enjoy our quiet place for our mental health times. Each of my students get to spend their own set time in this area, and absolutely love and enjoy it. They all look forward to these mental breaks.

I'm asking for snacks, like chips and candies, so when they go to comfy time, they can enjoy their specific favorite snacks.

We have bean bags and soft lighting. We have comfy blankets and books.

I would love to add snacks for my kids' enjoyment. Times are tough for teens. This is a positive way to have them relax and feel comfortable in their new high school.
